Our philosophy
The 3 L model
We share the position of the Swiss FA (SFV) and support the 3 L model. Every occasion with children is measured against it: the children should laugh, learn and perform.
Learn
The second L describes the opportunity to develop mentally, physically and socially in interaction with others: learn! Children grow with every training session.
Perform
The third L stands for effort and each child’s personal evaluation of what they have achieved: perform! We encourage commitment and healthy ambition, always in a child-centred way.
Our vision
Youth as the future
Our vision is to help shape the future: our youth are our future and one day they will strengthen our first team.
Grassroots football is our home. As a model club, we commit ourselves to social integration and accompany children and young people alongside school in their everyday lives. Passing on values is especially important to us: good manners, fairness, discipline and respect also need to be learned - they are our cultural priorities.
Rules of the game give orientation to both young and old. Parents are first and foremost parents of their children, and only afterwards fans and supporters.
Ambition and talent development are no strangers to us. Our goal is for all of our top teams to play in the highest divisions.
We are proud when our talented juniors are discovered and, through the Footeco development programme, dare to take the step into elite youth football.
